DebbieDoesDecals.com sells single color computer cut vinyl decals, which means that the background is removed leaving only the image. They are applied with an application tape and give the appearance of being painted on when applied. Only the decal image pieces will remain on the surface. We use the same vinyl material that is used for outdoor signs and vehicle graphics with outdoor durability up to seven years.
Do you have a catalog?
We use our online catalog as our visual and don't offer a printed catalog. New decals are added regularly and it would be impossible to keep up in print. Please add us to your favorites and visit often to view the latest additions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Decal orders are mailed out on Friday of every week, cut off time is Wednesday at noon. Orders received after noon on Wednesday will be scheduled to mail out the next Friday. Please allow a minimum of ten business days to process all decal orders. We don't maintain any stock decals. Each decal order that we receive is custom cut when we receive the order.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service. During the checkout process we offer regular ground postal, USPS Priority with order confirmation for tracking and two day express shipping options.
How much is shipping?
Orders that total up to $10.00 are charged $2.60. Orders that total $10.01 up to 14.99 are charged a flat rate of $3.99. Orders that total $15.00 up to $149.99 are charged a flat rate postal Priority shipping $7.95. Orders that total $150.00 or more are charged a flat rate postal Priority $12.95.
Can I put my decal on the inside of the window?
By default the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. If you want the decals reverse cut for inside application, please let us know when you place the order. Toward the end of the order process you are presented with a box for special instructions, please type in the box that you want the decals reverse cut to be applied to the inside.
Do you offer different sizes than the ones listed?
If a size that you need is not listed or if you need the decal cut to fit within a certain size area, please order the closest size and make a note in the special instruction box provided during the order process to cut the decal the size that you need. Please provide a valid email address or phone number so that we can contact you if we have any questions. Our decals are not stock decals, we custom cut each decal order that we receive.

Do you have other colors than the ones listed in the catalog?
If you need a color not listed in the catalog, please make a note in the special instructions box when you place the order. If we have the color we will process the order. If we don't have the color you will be contacted by email or by phone.
What is an etched glass decal?
Etched Glass decals are cut using a special frosted vinyl and when applied, give the appearance of the image being etched into the glass. The etched glass decals look beautiful on tinted windows and all glass surfaces.
Can I design my own decal?
Toward the end of the order process a box is provided for special instructions, please type any size or design specifications in this box. Text that is typed in this box is printed on the order. Please provide a valid email address or phone number so that we can contact you if we have any questions.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
DebbieDoesDecals.com not accept C.O.D. orders. Our company accepts most major credit cards through our online catalog. Regular mail orders are accepted with a check or money order. Please see our Contact Us page for additional mail order instructions and mailing address.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation notice in your email at the email address provided when you placed the order. If you don't receive the shipping confirmation, the email was returned to us "undeliverable" due to an invalid email address being provided when the order was placed.
What if I received a shipping confirmation but I never received my order?
If you received a shipping confirmation email and you haven't received your order within ten business of the original shipping date please contact us by email or by phone. Let’s make a decal is not responsible for orders not received after 30 days.
What do you do with customer information?
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your decal purchase. Decals can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund for the decal minus the shipping cost will be issued to the credit card used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If the decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.
All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange.
To return the decal please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal.

We recommend that you return the decal USPS Priority mail with order confirmation number. Envelopes and boxes are provided for free at your local post office and the shipping label can be printed on the post office website.
When we receive the decal a credit for the decal minus the original shipping cost will be applied to the card used to make the purchase within five business days.
